Since 2002, Kathy has been dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders to overcome personal and professional obstacles, unlocking the doors to the success they envision in their lives and businesses. With expertise in business growth, branding, emotional intelligence, and personality styles, Kathy guides individuals to reconnect with their true selves. Her expertise and her intuitive sense guides her clients to clarity, confidence, and growth.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Kathy leads workshops that guide people to discover their true essence and live in alignment with their dreams and goals. Each session creates a space for participants to explore new ways of thinking, expand their creative capacities, and align their actions with their talents and dreams.
Prior to launching her coaching practice, Kathy sharpened her skills in sales, marketing, and branding at Minneapolis's renowned Yamamoto Moss Design Firm, where she led large-scope sales and marketing campaigns and supervised national and international accounts. A life-changing moment led her to pursue formal training in Management Effective Coaching, igniting a passion for personal transformation and authentic leadership. Today, she brings this wisdom to her clients, inspiring lasting success.
A lifelong learner and seeker, Kathy studies leadership and creativity, integrating practices like meditation, mindfulness, and Tai Chi to cultivate balance and harmony. Her greatest joys are family, travel, and sharing insights on living fully aligned with one’s highest potential through her blog, 'The Light in Us.'
