It’s easy to get so busy with all the activities of the holidays that we forget remember to focus on the joy that the season brings. To lift your spirits if you are a little overwhelmed or stressed, play some of your favorite music. Music immediately shifts my mood if I’m down. Tonight, my husband called me upstairs to see a video on YouTube that is amazing. There is an organization called Playing for Change, whose mission is to use music to bring people around the world together.
